Terms Of Service Policy LogicSupport.com has a responsibility to protect each and every client, and to provide the best possible services available. The following guidelines were designed to ensure these obligations are met. Please read through this page and make sure that you understand, and agree with, all points listed. Also, if you are a current client of LogicSupport.com (by continuing to pay your monthly fee) it is your responsibility to check back to this page every 30 days and check for any important or relevant updates. Policy Agreement: When a client signs up for our services, or continues to pay your automated monthly renewal fees, you agree to be bound by, and to comply with this agreement. Paying your monthly fees, or completing the sign up process for a new account constitutes an agreement, just as if you had signed it and is the legal equivalent of your signature on a written contract. Scope of Services: All services provided by LogicSupport.com may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LogicSupport.com from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party. LogicSupport.com will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision. Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to LogicSupport.com. Age Limitations: All clients must be 18 years of age to obtain any level of service from LogicSupport.com. Cancellation of Account: You may cancel your LogicSupport.com account only by submitting a cancellation request at: http://logicsupport.com/cancel/ Charges for canceling accounts are not prorated at all if your account is renewed on a monthly basis. All LogicSupport.com accounts must be paid in full before the cancellation will be considered complete. You agree to the auto-renewal of your account as long as you have not filled in the form listed above. This means that your account will continue to be paid for on a monthly basis until you have received a confirmation of service termination from LogicSupport.com. Service Interruptions: Customer understands and agrees that occasional temporary interruptions of Internet Services may occur and agrees that under no circumstances will LogicSupport.com be held liable for any financial or other damages due to such interruptions. In no event shall LogicSupport.com be liable to the customer, or any other person, for any special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, including, without limitation, refunds of fees, loss of profits, loss of income or cost of replacement services. LogicSupport.com shall not be held responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental, and consequential damages, which may arise from LogicSupport.com's servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, LogicSupport.com is not responsible for any claimed damages, of any sort, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the deletion or corruption of any necessary system files. Liability Limitations: The client agrees that LogicSupport.com's total maximum liability, with respect to any of our services provided under this agreement, and breach of this agreement, is solely limited to the remaining amount of prepaid services. LogicSupport.com's owners, directors, managers, administrators, techs, and contractors shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of the services the client has signed up for or has agreed to allow us access to. The client also understands that no refunds will ever be granted for more then 1 month's total service fee, as this is the maximum amount allowable for any refund unless the prepaid term was longer then 1 month. (ie: 12 month prepayment of service). For all disputes with regard to our services the jurisdiction shall be the court situated in Kochi, Kerala, India, Engineer Non-Solicitation: The client agrees to never contact any of LogicSupport.com's owners, directors, managers, administrators, techs, or contractors for any position outside of their current employment with LogicSupport.com. If a client breaks this term, the client explicitly agrees to allow LogicSupport.com the ability to charge the client's card for the total amount spent on the training of the tech up to that specific time. (up to 50,000 rupees) This term is nonnegotiable and is grounds for immediate termination of the service contract between the client and LogicSupport.com. Taxes: LogicSupport.com will not be held liable for any taxes or additional fees that are to be paid in accordance with, or due to, purchases made by the customer. It is solely the customer's responsibility to handle all taxes and fees that are associated with our service. Payment Terms: LogicSupport.com clients are expected to remit payment within 72 hours of their account becoming due. If payment is not made within those 72 hours, and they have not responded to any of our credit card failure notices, then their account is immediately suspended and all services stopped. The client then has 24 hours to pay their account in full before the account is deleted from our server and billing system. Billing Cycle: All client billing cycles are based on the day that you signed up for service initially. The client will receive an invoice every month on the day that their account becomes due. The full amount due will then be charged within 24 hours of this monthly invoice. For clients that have chosen to prepay, or for clients who pay for a 'per ticket' service, the invoice will only be sent out on the day the account becomes due, not monthly as described above. Failure to pay your invoice within 72 hours will cause the account to be suspended. Client Privacy: At no time will any of a client's sensitive data be given, made public, or used in any manner other then what is intended or is necessary for LogicSupport.com to do their job. Please rest assured that all of your sensitive data is safely protected and in good hands when you use our services. Refusal of Service: LogicSupport.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at their sole discretion. All sub-networks, distributive clients LogicSupport.com must adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation. LogicSupport.com reserves the right to deny the refund of any monies paid thus far if these policies are broken. Modification of Agreement: LogicSupport.com reserves the right to add, modify, and delete any provision of this Terms of Service agreement at any time without notice. It is the sole responsibility if the client to visit this url once every 30 days to look for updates in the agreement.
